Do I need to become a member to request brochures?
Yes. You only have to enter your address once when becoming a member, then you can request all the catalogues/brochures you require.

Is membership free?
Yes. Join here.

Are the catalogues and brochures free?
Almost all of the catalogues/brochures on HotelBrochures are free. There are one or two which are quite clearly marked and to which you have to actively agree (by ticking a box and submitting the form) that you are aware there is a charge.

I have moved house, how can I change my address?
Log into your HotelBrochures account and then select the My Details link at the top of the page. Once on the account page press the Edit Account button and change any of the necessary details in the form.
Please Note: Any brochures ordered before you changed address will still be sent to the original address.

How long do brochures take to arrive?
Most brochures should arrive within 3-4 days, though during busy periods and when new catalogues/brochures have just been printed this can take anything up to 3-4 weeks.

How many brochures can I order?
There is a limit of 25 catalogues/brochures during any rolling 3 month period.


Why are some brochures UK only?
Some brochure companies do not have the fulfilment in place to be able to ship items overseas, hence they dont send catalogues overseas either. Most travel companies only send brochures within the UK as their holidays all depart from within the UK.

How do I unsubscribe
Log into your HotelBrochures account and then select the My Details link at the top of the page. You can then select which items you would like to opt-in or opt-out of.
